Shredded Chicken

This is great to make for the freezer, so you have quick meat to pull out and make into tons of different recipes. Check out this list of different meal ideas.
3+ lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (use as much as you'd like, or have room for in your crock pot!)
1/2-1 c. chicken broth (or even water)
Optional:
     salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste (I didn't use any of them)

Put the chicken in the crock pot, pour in chicken broth and seasonings. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Take out each breast and shred with a fork. Either put in freezer bags in meal-sized portions, or make whatever meal you choose right away and freeze the meal.
