BBQ Country Ribs

This recipe is modified from my Traeger grill/ smoker cookbook.
3-5 lbs pork ribs
1 jar BBQ sauce
3 tbsp honey mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
apple juice

Trim fat from ribs. Place on grill on medium heat and cook 45-60 minutes.

Combine mustard & brown sugar. Remove ribs from grill and brush with mixture. Return ribs to grill on lowest setting (or smoke if you have a smoker). Let cook for another 60-90 minutes or until internal temperate reads 160 degrees. Half way through, mist ribs with apple juice.

Enjoy with your favorite BBQ sauce!
