about 2 c. chicken, cooked & shredded
about 1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked to package directions (I used 1/2 a box of rotini, because we have a lot of it!)
1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom or celery) soup
1 c. shredded cheese, plus some for topping (I had Velveeta to get rid of, so I cubed it up instead)
1/2 c. milk
about 1/8 c. cracker crumbs (Club, Townhouse, Ritz... I used Garlic & Herb flavored ones!)

In a pot, combine soup, cheese, milk, and onions, and heat until cheese is melted. Stir in chicken & noodles, seasoning with salt & pepper to taste. Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until center is heated through, or cover and freeze. (If baking from the freezer, time will need to be extended, check the center to make sure it is heated through.) Top with cheese and crushed crackers and bake for another 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
