To clip or not to clip... the answer is up to you. Really whatever organizational system gets you to use your coupons is the best way! I'll share a few ways that I've seen. You can use one of them, a combination of them, or find your own way.

Cooking the Deals of April 17-23
I am always shopping the deals, and pay very little for what I bring home. I have always looked at how much I'm saving versus the shelf cost of the items I'm walking out with. Recently, though, I started thinking about how much each meal is that I am cooking. I've found that I'm paying so much less than what we would be paying if we were eating out. I found made a delicious baked penne dinner, with salads, and garlic cheese bread, for $4, and still had two meals to put in the freezer for another night!
In flew my idea!

Breakfast Burritos
Tortillas
Loose breakfast sausage or links or bacon
Eggs (about 2 per burrito or per person)
Hash browns
Salt & pepper
Salsa
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Cook sausage & hash browns as directed on packages in separate pans (or reuse the same pan when one is finished to save on dishes). Whisk eggs (I usually add a little milk to make mine a little fluffier) with salt & pepper (I sometimes add fresh or dried parsley or basil from my herb garden). Cook the scrambled eggs. Warm the tortillas on a griddle. I always serve each making in a separate bowl, and let everyone make their own, but for little ones, it's probably easier to make them for them. Top your own burrito with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, (or even guacamole if you like!)

Baked Spaghetti
Just made this for dinner and we had leftovers for a freezer meal! It was sooo good, and only cost $2.31 for the whole pan! (Though I did make garlic bread to go with it, and I should have made salads too, but got lazy.)
