Sederstrom's Meatballs

The best meatballs ever! These are great to make in large quantities and freeze for later.

2 lbs hamburger
2 eggs
1 tsp salt & pepper
2 tsp parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 slices moist bread, crumbled (sprinkle water over bread)
2 tsp parsley

Mix together, make into balls, brown, add to sauce*, finish cooking.

*If freezing, you don't have to add them to the sauce. Just throw the frozen meatballs in the sauce to finish.
