I haven't tried this one yet, but it looks really good, especially on the grill!
1 pound cooked ground sausage, turkey, or beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
4 pita pockets (cut in half)
olive oil
pizza sauce (for dipping)
Mix the cooked, ground meat with the cheeses and stuff into half of a pita. Brush the outside with olive oil and wrap in tinfoil. Grill until insides are heated. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
