Sloppy Joes

This is a great one to make a lot of and throw in the freezer for a day you don't want to or don't have time to cook! I love having meals ready to go that we can just warm up and serve. (Yes, those are sour cream containers that I re-purposed... Saves me money from having to buy new Rubbermaid containers!)

1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp mustard
2 tsp vinegar
3 lbs ground beef (or 2 1/2 lbs. turkey or pork)
2 chopped onions

Brown beef & onions. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.

I got this recipe from a Hockey is Life cookbook that was printed in 1995 by moms from my little brother's hockey team. It found itself often at different parties (birthday, graduation, etc.) and always went over well!
